Manager Billing & Reporting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of accounting processes with our trading partners and publishing customers. You enter our automatic and semi-automatic billing processes from importing the retail sales data into our billing systems to creating billing documents and payouts for our customers. You check and validate monthly recurring processes and work on quality assurance of commercial and organizational data. You work with our digital billing tools, first write reports and are the contact person for customer support in billing questions. As an interface between customer support, technology and accounting, you are in close contact with the colleagues of these departments with the aim of optimizing billing processes. Optimization of international processes: Close cooperation with international teams and departments to standardize and optimize processes in accounting and reporting.

You like to work with numbers and large amounts of data, have experience in electronic data processing and have good Excel skills. Your thinking and working methods are analytical, accurate and show a high degree of self-initiative. You keep track of complex accounting processes and work structured. You like to work in the team and actively contribute to change processes. You have a completed vocational training or a degree and good English skills.
