The Bott Group develops and produces vehicle facilities, operating facilities and workplace systems at three European locations. Worldwide, its products offer customers in industry and crafts. Your efficient work in manufacturing, service and assembly is the focus here. You take over the overriding control of the entire quality management of the group of companies You increase the competitiveness of the company by increasing product and process quality in all functional areas of the company and by expanding quality leadership You establish uniform quality management standards throughout the group of companies and ensure the effective implementation of these measures You carry out measures to maintain and further develop the QM system You develop and implement a Blueprint for the Company's ESG strategy (Environmental Social Governance) You advise management and specialist departments on all issues related to sustainability (technology, products, trends)

You have professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility, e.g. as head of quality management, ideally in the automotive industry You have completed your studies, e.g. in Engineering, Quality Management or Supply Chain Management You have experience in managing a project management organization (PMO) You have sound knowledge and experience in the quality management of a manufacturing company and in the implementation of ESG reporting You communicate safely in German and English
