Self-support: You support the technical ladder in all tasks in a completely independent manner and report regularly on the current status. Efficient cost management: You take over procurement management, cost planning and control as well as object accounting, including demand analyses, tenders, contract management, auditing and cost accounting. Careful documentation: You process the post-in and post-in exit, perform the correspondence, answer requests and messages and ensure a legally secure documentation as well as an ordered deposit management. Reliable system maintenance: You maintain and manage technical systems and resources, such as the CAFM system, the closing system and the fleet. You bring high formalization capability and secure IT application knowledge. You are characterized by a strong communication and cooperation capability and are happy to work in the team. You combine professional competence with social strength and thus contribute to smooth processes and constructive cooperation.
