Area: Construction Logistics and Rental Solutions Focus: Containers (space, storage, sanitary), construction current, construction water and machine rental You lead and develop a team of internal and external staff and actively manage the sales success in their area (NRW & Lower Saxony) You are responsible for the holistic project and sales management – from the first customer approach to billing You ensure that their team develops and implements customer-oriented solutions for the construction site facility from a single source You optimize sales processes, control offers and calculations and ensure transparency in post-calculation You are Sparring partners for their team and themselves active in the support of key customers (building companies, municipalities, housing companies, construction companies) You work closely with MRP, Warehouse and Operational Units

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. master craftsmen) Alternatively, you do not have a degree, but convince by a pronounced organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and practical experience – e.g. from the event industry, rental or project coordination Multiannual experience in sales, ideal for renting, building logistics or building environment leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams Strong understanding of costing, billing and post-calculation Safe appearance to decision-makers at all levels High self-initiative, enforcement strength and clear result orientation Structured operation and a good sense for efficient processes Technical understanding of container solutions, energy/water supply and machines of advantage Driving licence Class B and readiness for regional travel
