Your area: Security of the service building The IT.NRW service buildings are hosting data centers that are subject to special protection. In addition, IT security is also supported and lived with physical components such as increased access controls to security zones. In the “Security of Service Buildings” area, we ensure safety in the service buildings. We create this with a team of employees from technology, gate and security center. In an emergency, You know what to do and take the right steps to put our mission into action.

Your main activity: You are responsible for the administrative tasks with safety-relevant priorities. This includes the creation and documentation of procurement documents Creation of documentation in management processes of security and access to management tools Communication regarding superior processes of the Security and Access team with internal and external stakeholders

You are responsible for carrying out projects for the further development and maintenance of safety-relevant plants. You provide business support for the area of responsibility for annual planning and under-year procurement and projects. You organize training and instruction, perform it and work out appropriate documents in advance. You identify and resolve disturbances in cooperation with internal and external partners. You also control compliance with contractually secured services of the service companies. Your task also includes: You represent the technical management of the tasks “Receiver Service” and “Safety Centre” and are therefore a central contact person for employees in these two areas. You take on the willingness to call in the alternating model with colleagues to maintain unrestricted accessibility for security-related issues.

You bring with them: Graduate degree in economics, administrative sciences or a comparable economic studies with administrative focus. As an alternative to studies: degree as an administrative specialist or economic qualification at DQR6 level (e.g. degree as a state-approved/in IHK specialist) After completed studies or training: at least 1 year relevant professional experience in public service and in the implementation of public service procurement processes Driving permit for car class B readiness to carry out a safety review Secure German (in Word and Writing) It is also desirable: Know-how in the field of object protection as well as in the handling of safety-relevant systems Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Besonnenes, independent and independent work in a careful and systematic way Communication skills, security and joy in dealing with people Additional job information A successful safety review according to § 10 SÜG NRW is required for this position (is initiated within the framework of the recruitment process).
