Project Manager (m/w/d) Construction Controlling

In June 2019, the Dachgesellschaft Bauprojekte Hochschulemedizin Niedersachsen mbH (Dachgesellschaft) was founded by the Land Niedersachsen as sole shareholder. The task of the umbrella company is the centralized perception of the interests of the Landes Niedersachsen in the new buildings of the medical care at the Hannover Medical School (MHH) and at the Universitätsmedizin Göttingen (UMG) in relation to the construction companies founded specifically for this purpose at the two locations. The building companies are each a builder and perform the building tasks with respect to the planning and construction participants.

The task of the umbrella company includes in particular the perception of control, Testing, Communication and Monitoring activities for the Land of Lower Saxony including the development of existing medical and construction standards.

As a project manager at the DBHN, you are responsible for the two construction companies of the university clinics, which are each the builders of the measures, in particular control and testing tasks, in order to detect malfunctions at an early stage. They act in relation to the large-scale construction projects at the MHH and at the UMG at the interface to the two construction companies and ensure compliance with the cost, quality and time targets for DBHN. You examine and represent your results independently of the construction companies and other planning and construction participants. They examine and evaluate the requirements and the planning within the framework of the planning and construction processes for compliance with the project objectives and with regard to structurally appropriateness. They will examine the appropriate use of funds during all phases of the project.

Successfully completed architectural, civil engineer-economic engineering degree (Diplom/Master) or related fields Including multiannual work experience in (public) construction projects across all project stages and areas of action according to AHO, ideally for new hospital buildings or comparable special buildings (6 to 10 years) Very good skills in the area of cost planning and control as well as cost assessment levels Joy of independent work and performance, team spirit High understanding, analytical and networked thinking, readiness for learning and training Communication strength in word and writing as well as safe, binding occurrence Secure software identifiers (MS-Office incl. MS Project)
