Design the digital future with us in complex major projects around the focus of real estate, infrastructure and industry! As a Consultant Digital Consulting (w/m/d), our customers advise on the selection and introduction of digital solutions and agile methods and drive the digital transformation forward. Support in the design of complex IT and data architectures for projects, programs and organizations Advice on the selection, introduction and optimization of digital tools, systems and processes Participation in the introduction and further development of classic, agile and hybrid project management methods Support and support in the control of digital transformation projects focusing on time, budget and quality Working in interdisciplinary project teams from the fields of strategy, IT and organization consulting and project management Takeover of tasks of internal project management Care and development of customer relationships as well as active participation in the acquisition and supply creation

Complete study of (economic)informatics, (economic)ingenieurwesen, BWL with a focus on computer science/technology or a comparable subject First professional experience in digitalization/technology consulting, IT project management or solution architecture, ideally in the context of large, complex projects or programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Travel readiness (average up to three days per week, national and international) Analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking independent, structured manner and a safe and sympathetic appearance Team skills and joy in working together in interdisciplinary teams Embossed communication and moderation capabilities combined with the ability to portray complex facts in a comprehensible manner
