You design and implement target group-specific team development measures and primarily advise executives, but also their team members on the appropriate measures. The selection and commissioning of external service providers will guide you independently against the background of the costs and quality of the services, maintain the contacts with the service providers and extend the circle of our partners as needed. Design and plan development measures for our talent pool for women interested in leadership and implement them. As part of the implementation of a new tool for personality and potential analysis You develop the set of human resources development tools at the Bundesbank, develop proposals for linking tools and show synergy effects.

Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Psychology, Labour and Organizational Psychology or BWL with a focus on Human Resources Very good knowledge of modern methods of personnel development and the corresponding scientific findings Experience in the design and application of potential-diagnostic personnel development instruments (in particular LINC Personality Profiler) as well as appropriate certification are advantageous Experience in the creation and implementation of personnel development concepts for large, complex organisations that are structured according to needs is advantageous Analytical and conceptual skills combined with good consulting skills Embossed service orientation, high autonomy and solution orientation combined with a good working structure and professional flexibility Very good communication skills in German
