In our kitchen, designed according to the most modern criteria, is strictly separated between the à la carte area and the half board/banquet area. Both kitchens work at a high level without using convenience products. Partly slaughtered animals are processed further in the vicinity. We put sauces, soups etc on ourselves, bake cakes and other day goods themselves. As a bachelor/ Commis de Cuisine, after training, you take first tasks on a post self-sufficient.
