Active Sourcing & Direct address: Identification and targeted address of top executives, especially managing directors:inside, clinic managers:inside for our institutions Process management: control of the entire occupation process from the initial language to the conversations to the attitude or rejection, as a reliable link between executives and candidate: Talent pools: Building and maintaining confidential talent pools for executive and key positions in the healthcare group Sourcing Strategies: Development of Target Group-specific Strategies to Gain Leaders in the Health Market Stakeholder Management: Close, trusted coordination with Management Board, Management and local staff management Market analysis: market and competition analyses at management level and deriving appropriate measures for target audience response

Experience: Found experience in Executive Search, Active Sourcing or Headhunting of executives, preferably in healthcare Sourcing competence: Safe handling of business networks and sourcing tools as well as a sense of addressing demanding target groups Communication strength: Sovereign appearance and address-oriented communication at board and management level Process understanding: experience in monitoring and controlling occupation processes including coordination of all participants Discretion: Highest degree of trustworthiness and feeling of fingertips in the handling of confidential occupation processes and the people behind them Working method: Structured, independent and result-oriented mode of operation with high liability
