Engineer in the Department of Planning, Construction, Instruments (m/f/d)

You are actively involved in the further development of the BLB NRW and are responsible for projects that lead to an improvement in performance on the operational side in terms of cost/terms/quality; These include topics such as cost calculation, cooperation in the creation of model contracts, conservation of monuments, introduction and support of new IT tools, sustainability and climate neutrality of buildings You will be in close contact with other business units of the BLB NRW headquarters and provide targeted, consistent solutions. You are responsible for the implementation of the developed solutions in the planning and construction process of the branches and support them. New developments in the market are attentive and check them for applicability and advantage for the BLB NRW You provide information and knowledge transfer in the branches by providing support for training and teaching at the BLB NRW-own Academy You also take over other tasks that are transferred to the field of daily business

You have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture or civil engineering. Further requirements: You will bring at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position with You have a sovereign appearance and have the pleasure to convey content to the wider audience in an address-oriented manner. Team skills, a friendly, service-oriented appearance and openness for new topics are of course for you Your good analytical skills, your innovative thinking and your quick understanding make it easy for you to look at business processes in a holistic way and to explore new topics You are routined in dealing with the most common Microsoft Office products You have certain knowledge of German that correspond at least to the language level C1 (note “good”, flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
