You have a vocational training in the field of plant engineering supplemented with a further education as a state-tested TGA technician or master. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity and, at best, first experience in project management (time, cost and quality) in service provider management as well as knowledge in public procurement round off your profile. You have a well-founded knowledge of the technical building equipment, are strong in communication and keep a cool head even with special challenges. Self-contained, structured and targeted work is of course for you. You enjoy a dynamic environment and live constructive cooperation in the team, with customers and service providers. Secure knowledge of German in word and writing as well as an experienced handling of MS-Office are required.
