Facility Management & Regulatory Officer (m/f/d)

Consultant:in (m/w/d) Secure buildings. Clear standards. Reliable processes. In infrastructure building management, you ensure that regulatory requirements are not only met, but are translated into practical solutions. In doing so, you actively shape standards and processes and, together with the areas involved, promote important topics concerning safety, work protection and building management. What awaits you: Regulatorics and Regulator Management: You observe and analyze legal, supervisory and internal requirements, assess their impact and translate them into standards, guidelines and concrete measures. Control and detection management: You develop rules, control processes and detection documentation and ensure a reliable implementation. Tests and interfaces: You coordinate regulatory audits, accompany supervisory and audit bodies and act as a central interface to internal departments, authorities and external partners. Advice and governance: You advise departments and executives on regulatory and organisational issues and create sound policy templates for bodies. Control and further development: You control relevant service providers and infrastructure services, check compliance with defined standards and continuously develop processes and structures. This allows you to fit well into the team: Qualification: Successful completed studies, e.g. in the field of real estate, facility or building management, construction, business or in a comparable field

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in building, facility or real estate management, ideally focusing on regulatory, governance or compliance Experience in the analysis and implementation of legal, supervisory and internal requirements knowledge of control, control and audit management as well as ideally working and building security law

Further competencies: Analytical and conceptual strength as well as the ability to prepare complex requirements in a comprehensible and practical way Safe appearance, high self-responsibility and experience in cooperation with different stakeholders and audit bodies Joy of control and coordination, process design, change and continuous development
