Our client is a successful family-run company in the Langenfeld area with a long-term growth of 150 commercial and private units. For many years, the company has been synonymous with reliability, sustainable growth and short decision-making. In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a real estate manager (m/w/d) at the closest possible time, who takes over the commercial support and management of the real estate portfolio with an organizational talent, a self-initiative and a structured working method.

Own-responsible management of residential and commercial real estate stock Car rental services from contract management to ongoing correspondence with tenants and service providers Organisation and coordination of maintenance and modernisation measures in consultation with the management Auditing and processing of invoices as well as the production of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Maintenance of property and tenant master data and general administrative activities Implementation and support of an in-house real estate management software Close cooperation with management and support for organisational and property-related projects

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate agency (m/w/d), real estate specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in real estate management or commercial real estate environment desirable Safe handling of MS-Office as well as very good knowledge of in-house real estate management software Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength, organisational skills and a friendly and service-oriented appearance
