Our Kfz-Schaden department takes over the professional handling of damage for our customers and branches. In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a reliable and professionally versed motor vehicle engineer or motor vehicle master (m/w/d), who wants to introduce his technical expertise in a modern office work environment.

Kfz-Mechaniker (m/w/d) / Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) für die Interiordienst

Your tasks:

• Processing and testing of motor vehicle damage cases
• Close cooperation with affected branches for fast and efficient damage processing
• Communication with insurance, customers and workshops
• Documentation and maintenance of all relevant processes in the system
• Development and implementation of measures to prevent future damage

Your profile:

• Complete training in the motor vehicle sector (Kfz-Mechaniker/Kfz-Meister) or a comparable qualification
• Embossed communication skills and organizational talent
• High customer orientation and problem solving capability
• Interest in an activity excluding in the office, without workshop use
• Technical understanding and safe assessment of damage images
• Secure handling of MS Office
