Our CURA SeniorenCentrum Langenhorn (in 22419 Hamburg) is located near the large nature reserve Raakmoor in the north of the Elbmetropole Hamburg. Here we take care of our 120 people in need of care in four living areas.

Your tasks:

• you train our students: in practice and accompany them in theory. You have a wide range of design possibilities
• you work new employees: in practice
• you are part of the strategic personnel acquisition and retention
• you develop nursing short courses and carry them through
• you have the opportunity to organize events in our company
• you cooperate in close cooperation as a representative: in the establishment with nursing schools and accompany projects

**Your profile:**

• completed 3-year training for nursing staff/care professionals, in the field of health care and nursing, care for children or nursing
• an additional qualification as a practical manager:in
