You take over the planning and implementation of complex analyses about customer and market data – from the first question to the comprehensible preparation of the results. You will start well-founded questionnaire designs and accompany studies in close cooperation with internal contacts and external partners. You prepare extensive data, analyze these systematically and identify approaches for optimizations and concrete measures. You use statistical procedures such as regression, cluster or factor analyses and derive meaningful insights for our clients. You will create clear reports and presentations that represent results clearly and addressably. You actively participate in the further development of our methods, tools and processes – for example by automating analyses or developing interactive dashboards. You bring your know-how to the team and participate in internal exchange and training formats.

Very well completed study with focus on statistics, data science, economics, psychology, social sciences, etc. Multiannual practical experience in quantitative data analysis – ideally in market research, consulting or data-driven product/service optimization. Safe handling of statistics software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python, Stata) and well-founded knowledge of multivariate analysis methods. Experience in the design and implementation of analysis projects with multiple stakeholders as well as pronounced presentation and storytelling skills. Self-employed, structured and responsible working methods – with joy of evidence-based thinking and technical development. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are absolutely necessary. .
