Stakeholder Relations Manager for the Security & Defense Industry (m/f/d)

You are responsible as Stakeholder Relations Manager:in or Community Manager: in the event brand ''Enforce Tac - The Trade Fair for Internal and External Security''. Here you are our eye & ear to official & military stakeholders!

Your tasks

Stakeholder Relations Management: You’re practising relationships with partners as well as key customers & extend our network to new relevant actors – in particular with a focus on authorities & military. In continuous exchange you recognize their needs & understand their expectations. Contents & formats: With your knowledge about the industry & the community, you can participate in the design of the framework program (e.g. special areas, accompanying events) or also new event formats & products of the event brand Enforce Tac. Industry & Competition Monitoring: You always keep an eye on event brands of relevant industries and trends within the industry. Visitors potentials: Thanks to your close networking with relevant stakeholders in the industry, you identify new & existing visitor target groups for our Enforce Tac & trade fair, thereby opening up additional growth potential. KPIs, data & analysis. For the measurability of your findings, you define relevant KPIs & start analysis. From this, you guide action recommendations for the event brand & conception as well as for relevant cross-sectional departments in the house.

You bring well-founded experiences in stakeholder management/in the area of stakeholder relations and/or in network management & in network building. You have experience in defense/ Internal & External Security and/or are perfectly familiar with envoys such as the police or the Bundeswehr & can provide your industry knowledge in a targeted manner in cooperation with these stakeholders. You already have experiences in conceptual work and cross-functional work. You have a degree or comparable training, for example in the field of communication science or public relations. You are an open, communicative & contactful personality. Ideally, you have know-how in trade fair, congress or event management. You bring very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. You act responsibly & think forward-looking – you’re open to change, you pack things pragmatically & proactively & drive them forward independently. You work collaboratively & solution-oriented – you promote cooperation, develop goals and results together with other solutions.
