You bear the overall responsibility for the high quality of life of the residents. You lead the multi-professional team and take over the service planning. You organize the domestic processes (including food planning and preparation) and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards in order to ensure the best possible well-being of residents. You implement the BeneVit co-operative concept together with your team. You represent the facility to the outside – in close cooperation with municipalities, public events or network meetings.

Complete qualification as a state-tested management of the farm, master of the household business, health professional, ecotropholog*in or domestic business as well as leadership experience in the care industry. You convince by a safe, well-maintained appearance, have communicative skills and move confidently in exchange with municipalities cooperation partners and relatives.
