Head of Operational Accounting (m/f/d)

As a field manager, you take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility for creditor and debitor accounting and actively shape the further development of our financial processes. The tasks are as follows: You manage, control and develop a team of about 10 employees professionally and organizationally. You assume responsibility for the proper execution of creditor and debitor accounting. You ensure the creation of output invoices and cooperate in their production. You support the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You process balance sheet issues and ensure compliance with relevant accounting rules. You actively accompany the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA as part of the current system conversion. You identify optimization potentials and drive the automation of processes in the field of input and output calculations. You ensure efficient and digitized accounting processes. You act as contact persons for internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and specialist departments. You promote the professional and personal development of your employees and support them in everyday work.

You have a successfully completed study of business management with a focus on accounting/finance or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in creditor, debitor or principal accounting. You have already gained leadership experience and taken responsibility for employees. You have a well-founded knowledge of accounting and the preparation of annual accounts. You have very good SAP knowledge and have ideally already gained experience with SAP S/4HANA. You bring experience in transformation projects, for example in system changes or the optimization of processes. You have a strong understanding of the automation and digitization of accounting processes. Knowledge in the field of construction calculations is advantageous. You are characterized by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented method. Communication strength, enforcement capability and a high team orientation complete your profile.
