Your tasks

· Social pedagogical accompaniment of persons affected by health

· Advising people for professional reorientation

· Implementation of individual talks to support and stabilise

· Introduction of group work to promote competences

· Documentation of evaluations and accompanying work

· Project-related cooperation with cost providers and other cooperation partners

Your profile

· Social pedagogical studies or rehabilitation education

· Professional experience with the target group desirable

· Basic consulting and method skills

· Embossed communication and team skills

· Knowledge of the current MS Office application

· Joy in working with diverse people
