You identify new market, technology and customer potentials and develop customer-centric solutions and independent business models. You are driving innovation projects in their own right, using modern, agile methods and substantive thinking. You support our areas of expertise through appropriate methods and formats (e.g. workshops, ideation sessions or prototyping) in developing innovative solutions. You analyse markets, trends and competitors and develop sound business and implementation concepts, business cases and decision-making templates for our bodies. You identify potentials for AI-based applications and support the development and integration of appropriate methods, tools and working methods along the entire innovation process. You accompany innovation projects from the idea to the implementation and ensure sustainable added value for our customers and our company.

You have relevant professional experience in innovation management, in a comparable environment or in innovative roles (e.g. corporate innovation, consulting, start-up environment or product development). You have experience in managing or coordinating projects and in designing and implementing workshops or innovation formats. You ideally have methodological knowledge in areas such as design thinking, lean start-up, UX or business model innovation. You think entrepreneurial, analytic and conceptual and have a good sense of trends, technologies and new business models. You work independently, structured and self-responsively and actively promote themes. You bring with them a pronounced hand-on mentality and are delighted to deliver new ideas into concrete solutions.
