Planning and coordination of the assigned service technicians Capacity management by economic point Participation in the organizational and timely processing of our services, including appointments with our customers Coordination of the absence and availability of the respective service teams Close coordination with internal services, regional managers and internal intersections

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience on the coordination of technical services in craft and industrial enterprises Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideal SAP Embossed customer and service orientation Communication strength, team capacity and organizational skills
