Holistic planning: You process design, approval and execution planning for new construction and renovation projects according to HOAI performance phases 1–5 Safely through the process at offices: you create and accompany construction applications in close coordination with the competent offices Innovative construction: They develop floor plans and concepts for cost-optimized construction in 3D – and in the future with BIM Coordination & quality assurance: They control external architects and specialist planners, check their planning results and ensure compliance with contractual services Demand planning with a wide view: You take over the creation of demand planning (phase 0) for our own real estate stock as well as for external clients BIM Management: You plan and coordinate projects according to BIM standards Time and cost management: You consistently keep in mind project times and budgets

Qualification: A degree in architecture or a comparable qualification Experience: Professional experience in a similar position in the field of planning and project development Digital competence: Good MS-Office knowledge; SAP knowledge is advantageous Working methods: independent, flexible and result-oriented work Personality: They convince by communication strength, team skills and a sovereign appearance Mobility: A Class B driving licence completes your profile
