To strengthen our team, we are looking for

Teamleiter (m/w/d) Active leadership (coaching, control, motivation) of the team and personnel deployment planning Development of personnel Compliance with targets and corporate objectives (KPIs) Leadership and coordination in projects to improve production key figures Control and evaluation of area costs

Completed craft training with further training as technician (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) or completed technical studies Knowledge of production areas and the management of employees desirable Experience in Lean Management Sovereign and communication-strong team player with a high degree of analytical and conceptual thinking, self-initiative and independent working Impressed hand-on mentality with strong operational involvement, active support of the team and sustainable implementation of local improvement Good English knowledge of word and writing
