Product Owner RIB iTWO (w/d) We are looking for the building office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. With around 290 employees, the Hochbauamt represents the interests of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart as a builder in the planning and construction of schools, cultural buildings, daycare centers, administrative buildings, sports halls, bathrooms, libraries and other urban buildings. In the field of digitalization and IT, you are responsible for the introduction, development and application of the building management software RIB iTWO. They work closely with the other areas of the property as well as with the construction departments of the Hochbauamt and make a substantial and valuable contribution to the construction and renovation of the buildings owned by the state capital of Stuttgart. They take over the organizational and technical coordination for the construction management software RIB iTWO from the product introduction to the conceptual development to the permanent application They are the central interface to the RIB entry team as well as central contact person within the building office for the various application groups You take over the administration and support in questions of the application groups in cooperation with the RIB Software Service They coordinate further tasks related to RIB iTWO (connection of SAP, linking with CAFM and BIM applications as well as with the RIB iTWO Tender electronic award platform) A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

completed studies in engineering, architecture, computer science or a comparable field of technical reference or IT good knowledge and practical experience with a construction management and/or AVA software Knowledge of software RIB iTWO Experiences in database migration, SAP interfaces and document management systems are advantageous independent and result-oriented work, as well as the ability and interest to work in changing tasks with IT-related work Empathy for the concerns of user groups, communication strength, rhetorical skills and team skills very good knowledge of German in word and writing
