Employee Master Data Management (m/f/d)

Installation, maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP and IT systems used Ensuring data quality and performing plausibility and quality checks Processing of amendments for customer, supplier, material and article data Close cooperation with the specialist departments to ensure consistent master data Support in optimizing master data processes Preparation of evaluations and documentation Participation in data management and digitization projects Support and monitoring of ongoing EDI processes Analysis and processing of EDI errors and coordination of necessary corrective measures Ensuring and monitoring electronic data exchange between ERP system and business partners Support and coordination of EDI new connections Monitoring and implementation of tests for new EDI connections and news processes Documentation and development of existing EDI processes and interfaces

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in master data management or in the commercial sector Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable systems) is desirable Structured, careful and independent operation Excellent quality awareness and analytical thinking skills Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Understanding operational processes in sales, purchasing and logistics Communication strength and ability to cross-departmental cooperation with internal and external partners Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and electronic business processes is advantageous Knowledge about PIM systems or Microsoft Power BI are helpful, but no requirement
