In our children's daycare facility at the SOS Children's Village Lippe we serve up to 34 children from one year to the school entrance in two groups. Our Kita is located directly on the forest – this special location shapes our everyday life: we spend time in nature every day and consciously focus on natural pedagogy. At the same time, inclusion is a key concern for us. We accompany children with different needs and create a space where every child is welcome and can develop individually. Another important part of our work is a healthy, sustainable diet: Our cook prepares daily fresh meals from organic ingredients, as regional and seasonal as possible. Sustainability and careful handling of our environment are of course for us. Your tasks include: You accompany and support children from the age of 1 year to the school entrance in their individual development You actively promote the inclusion of children with special needs and create a valuable, supportive environment You conduct regular parental talks and carefully document the development processes of children You are committed to team discussions, supervisions and concept days You creatively, structured and child-oriented everyday life – especially in the natural pedagogical context You are responsible for the implementation of child and care protection
