As a working student in the field of business development, you support the management in Münster in process optimization, the development of quality standards and in market and competitive analyses. You support the management in optimizing our setup and execution organization You look at the development and implementation of uniform quality standards with You conduct internal interviews and prepare the results structured You create understandable process charts, presentations and decision bases You analyze markets, competitors and relevant developments You bring ideas to the further development of our USPs and value promises

A current study of BWL, economics, economic psychology, management or a comparable subject Interest in business development, process management and strategic issues Analytical, independent and structured operation Communication strength and discrete handling of confidential information Very good knowledge of German in word and writing on C1 level or higher Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
