For our headquarters in Neumünster we are looking for the fastest possible time Marketing Manager (m/w/d) 40-hour basis.

As a Content Coordinator, you are the strategic and operational hub for our entire product listings. You take the central control of content creation and make sure that our products are presented on all channels in the highest quality and on time.

In this important interface function, you work closely with the entire marketing team. In addition, you’re suggesting an intensive, cross-departmental exchange with e-commerce, sales team and the master data team. You are also in demand at international level: you are in close contact with our European headquarters to coordinate deadlines and synchronize processes.

We are looking for a real maker for this position: You are a high-speed team player who keeps track, actively designing processes and also acting flexibly and solution-oriented in stressful phases.

Your tasks

Listing Control & Platform Requirements: You are responsible for the planning, organisation and control of our B2B and e-commerce listings. You can meet the specific requirements of the respective platforms (such as Amazon, Otto, Obi etc.) and develop binding content standards based on them. Data structuring & quality control: You structure complex data volumes and implement control mechanisms. Through continuous quality monitoring, you ensure that our content – especially the texts – always meets our high quality standards. Project Management & Asana: You are a master of our projects in Asana. You care about the system, monitor compliance with all deadlines and take over the planning, execution and refurbishment of meetings. International coordination: In content planning, you agree closely with our European headquarters to synchronise international deadlines and ensure smooth processes. Reporting & Optimization: You will start regular, meaningful reporting on the current content status and thereby guide specific action recommendations for the team.

Foundation: You have completed commercial training / study (e.g. in the field of e-commerce, marketing, media or project management) and brings relevant professional experience in content coordination or e-commerce. Software & AI tools: You are absolutely safe in handling project management tools (ideally Asana) and the MS Office package. The targeted use of common AI tools for increasing efficiency is obvious to you. Languages: You are compelling to bring German knowledge to C2 level (this is essential for the fault-free quality control of our text content). In addition, you have very good English skills for voting with our European headquarters. Structure & Priority: You have profound experience in structuring data. It’s easy for you to prioritize tasks, and you’re looking forward to quickly changing priorities. Enforced team player: You are strong in communication, you like to work cooperatively in the team, but you can also be confident when it comes to compliance with standards and deadlines.
