Ensuring perfect operation and quality objectives in the logistics center, together with the location manager Guided tour of the approx. 970 employees at the site as well as close consultation of the Heads of Division on strategic and operational topics and their development within the meaning of our dialogical corporate culture Strategic optimization of existing and establishment of new processes and structures in close cooperation with the site manager Development of important overall decisions of the logistics centre, together with the location manager Participation, initiation and management of strategic projects to further develop the site and logistics at dm Conception and negotiation of new operating arrangements in close cooperation with the works council Networking and exchange with the directors of the further logistics centers, the overall management of the logistics centers and with the logistics department in the company headquarters

A completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering Studies or similar qualification Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in production control or in internal logistics of large (industrial) companies Extensive knowledge in labour law and ideally experience in dealing with the Business Constitution Act Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as the ability to look, analyze and optimize complex structures Passion to inspire people to exploit their own potential Solution-oriented feeling for economic, social and ecological relationships
