Your main task is to manage customer orders in a reliable and timely manner from order acquisition to delivery – and to act as a central cutting point between customers, sales, logistics and finance. Full processing of customer orders including appointment, availability, change and billing management Coordination of order confirmations, partial reliefs and transparent communication on order status Ensuring complete, correct and system-based clean care of all data relevant to the application Central contact person for customers and internal stakeholders as well as close cooperation with sales, logistics and other functions Early detection of deviations and risks and the introduction of appropriate clarifications and escalations Correct order and accounting processes as well as active participation in the continuous process and system usage

Administrative professional experience combined with a commercial training ideally in the industrial environment. Experience in order processing, customer service, sales support or order management Communication strength, solution orientation and enforcing in everyday work Safe handling of MS Office; ERP/Order tools knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
