Processing of incidents and disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support Professional escalation instance within the technical team Planning, implementation and support of infrastructure and migration projects Administration of complex Windows server landscapes and virtualized environments Support and further development of cluster and high availability solutions Conception and operation of data backup and recovery concepts Implementation of network and security projects including firewall implementations Support for Microsoft-365 and Messaging Migrations Professional support and support for young people and less experienced colleagues Maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge databases

Insufficient practical experience in IT system administration Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, data backup and recovery solutions Funded understanding of networks and IT security Self-employed and structured work Professional appearance to customers and business partners Class B driving licence Ready to travel for regional customer operations Experience with hyperconverged infrastructures or storage solutions desirable Knowledge of modern remote management and monitoring systems desirable Manufacturer certifications in the Microsoft, Virtualization or Backup environment desirable Experience in managing technical projects or in a professional leadership role desirable
