Trainee Private Real Estate Finance (m/f/d)

With your skills, you actively contribute and gradually take responsibility for exciting tasks in private real estate financing such as customer talks, acquisitions and administrative support in day-to-day operations. Our team enriches your experiences and fresh ideas.

No day is like the other: you support the creation of financing offers and applications for our (higher) private customers and are involved in customer contacts.

In the development of tailor-made financing solutions for our customers, you are the interface between individual customer requests and appropriate financing offers - including our partners.

You appreciate the exchange with others and make a knowledge transfer within the LBBW. So we create new things together and you can further develop.

You work on a situational basis in cross-sectoral and cross-departmental projects.

A study (Bachelor) with an economic background or a comparable qualification (e.g. bank-sales training with training to the farmer), which must be completed until the start of the trainee program, form the basis for your entry. You have already gained valuable experience in the financial and real estate sector through internships or student offices.

You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test.

You can communicate safely on all levels and appear open and competent. You have German language skills of at least Level C1. You have a great enthusiasm for sales and are happy to advise people. Embossed communicative skills, cooperation and negotiation skills, high customer orientation and service readiness are your strengths.

With your curiosity and your strong will for performance, you want to grow and get ready to familiarise yourself with new topics.
