For our Lich location in Gießen we are looking for you as: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) with focus on operating and logistics-related positions Become part of our recruiting team DACH in an exciting pioneering project.

End-to-End Recruiting: You control and manage the entire recruiting process until successful occupation, with a clear focus on professional employees. Events & Selection procedures: You plan and conduct candidate days as well as selection procedures on site, also in close cooperation with the Agency for Work. Active Sourcing: Proactive addressing of potential candidates via different channels and maintaining the candidate database are in your hands. Interviews & Qualification: You organize and conduct structured interviews on the efficient pre-qualification and selection of suitable candidates (commercial and commercial). Network & Cooperation: You work closely with internal stakeholders, personnel service providers and the employer branding team. Process optimization: You analyze recruiting key figures and continuously optimize processes to ensure smooth and scalable project setup.

Qualification: You have a completed degree in Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Business Psychology or a comparable commercial training. Recruiting expertise: Found experience in recruiting, ideally in ramp-up projects in the commercial sector (logistics/storage). Market knowledge: knowledge of the regional labour market in logistics are advantageous. Working: You have communication strength, organizational talent, and you are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. Languages: Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
