Your tasks – Financial accounting in daily business Reading bank details from SFirm in Diamant/4 Book payment input and outputs via Diamant/4 Conting and booking of invoices via our Invoice Management System Set up, monitor and carry out continuous bookings Processing of plant accounting Intercompany settlements settlement of payment transactions Creation of liquidity overviews Scheduled creation of the sales tax pre-registration (UStVA) and the summary report (ZM) Your tasks – Conclusions & Reporting Compilation of annual accounts as a preliminary stage for the tax advisor Creation of evaluations for management, tax advisors and auditors Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

That's what you bring Completed commercial training focusing on accounting (ideally with further training in financial or accounting) Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, in particular in debtor, creditor and asset accounting Good knowledge of VAT law and the creation of UStVA and ZM Experience in preparing annual financial statements according to HGB Secure handling of accounting software (ideally diamond/4) and MS Excel Self-employed, structured and responsible work Reliability, discretion and communication strength in handling internal and external contacts
