These tasks await you: • You take over customer support and consulting as well as order acceptance Telephone and email • Intensive care and care of existing customers and Cooperation database • handling and administrative tasks such as order processing, Customer care etc. • Acquisition of new customers: • Implementation of defined strategic corporate objectives • Professional processing and solution of customer complaints • Representative of the company at trade fairs and events • You work closely with your team partners in the field service to work together developing customer relationships in the long term
