Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Customs and Export Control Department Strategic development of the company-wide customs and export control processes Ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international regulations (e.g. EU dual-use regulation, BAFA regulations) Monitoring and control of the internal export control organisation (including regular risk analyses and internal audits) Contact persons for internal specialist departments, management and external authorities (e.g. Zoll, BAFA, IHK) Control of approval procedures and monitoring of authorisations Responsibility for training concepts and awareness of employees on export control and customs issues Heading and monitoring of internal and external audits and implementing measures for continuous improvement

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic law, foreign trade, logistics or in a comparable field Multiannual experience in customs and export control - ideally with proven leadership experience Knowledge in the field of external trade, customs and export control Safe handling of SAP or comparable ERP and compliance systems Impressed communication strength, sovereign appearance and a high level of enforcement and sense of responsibility Structured, solution-oriented operation with a view to optimization potentials Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
