Responsible for all IT personnel procurement: from the collection of requirements and active search to the implementation of interviews and the selection of suitable talents Maintenance of all data and documents related to recruitment in the applicant management system Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates in the IT sector Coordination and implementation of the onboarding process for new employees Close cooperation with wage accounting and other internal stakeholders

Completion in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or a Similar Area Multiannual experience in personnel procurement with a focus on IT positions, combined with a pronounced affinity on technical topics and a sound understanding of IT career images Impressed team skills and enthusiasm for people and talents Proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style Impressed communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
