In your role as Junior Trainer Kabeltechnik (m/w/d) you support training of HVAC grades for internal and external fitters at NKT locations, customers or on construction sites. Other tasks are: Close cooperation with the trainers: women, quality management and documentation, as well as support in the investigation of damages Contribution to continuous improvements within the product portfolio by providing knowledge from training, installations and the feedback of construction sites Support for the installation of type checks

To support us, you should bring the following features: Completed craft training or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in a craft sector Ability to explain theory and practice to a wide audience clearly and understandably, and to motivate and inspire others Customer-oriented attitude and a strong sense of service and team work Confidential handling of MS Office and SAP or similar applications; CAD skills are often seen flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing You don't meet all the requirements?
