Based on data, you develop and implement measures to increase conversion, range and revenue in digital distribution. You control and develop our affiliate programs – from selection and onboarding to support our publishers. In close cooperation with marketing, CRM, Revenue and product, you opt for the customer journey and our sales processes across the range. You continuously analyze performance and market data and guide specific recommendations for action to optimize digital sales.

You have a successfully completed study or training in business, e-commerce, marketing or comparable. Multiannual experience in B2B sales or partner management with a clear focus on digital sales channels is what distinguishes your professional career. You bring well-founded knowledge in performance marketing, affiliate management and data-driven management of sales and marketing measures. Analytical thinking is easy for you and you have experience in dealing with KPIs, conversion optimization and control of ROI metrics. A high self-initiative, a structured way of working and a pronounced commercial understanding round off your profile. In exchange with internal and external stakeholders, you convince by your communication strength and professional appearance.
