Consultant for Personnel Controlling and Remuneration Systems (m/f/d)

Analysis & Control: In human resources management, you are our strategic eye, as you recognize developments and provide basis for decision-making for personnel and organisational control. To do this, you develop and maintain meaningful personal codes, reports and dashboards. Designing compensation systems: You ensure a modern and transparent further development of our remuneration and benefit system. This includes the implementation of tariff compensation principles in company-specific regulations and the design of internal incentive systems. You provide a consistent job architecture and advise on grouping issues. In addition, you will take care of the management of additional benefits, such as occupational pensions. Strategic budget and personnel planning: You create short- and long-term personnel demand and personnel cost planning and monitor them. In addition, you agree on budget planning together with the controlling and ensure a clear, reliable flow of information. Process optimization & projects: You identify potentials in HR processes and drive their further development data-based and digitally forward. Take responsibility for the further development and administration of central HR solutions and systems; in addition, their knowledge can be used in a project-related manner.

Your personality: You have a strong understanding of numbers and strong analytical skills. You can understand complex relationships and have fun in data visualization. In addition, you work structured and characterized by discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data. Your experience: You have gained several years of professional experience in strategic human resources, controlling or comparable analytical environments – preferably in a medium-sized company. You already provide a good understanding of labour, tariff and tax issues – or would like to work on these issues in the long term. We require the safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Experiences with HR reporting or analysis tools are ideally present. Your education: You have a successfully completed study e.g. in business, controlling, economic or social science or a commercial qualification with relevant professional experience.
