You identify our source and target systems via (inter)national master data for our HCM On this basis, you drive the analysis and consolidation of interfaces for the HCM introduction project continuously In addition, you support the HCM introduction project with architectural analyses, conception of system connections, and guidance regarding security requirements In addition, as an international IT-sparring partner for the People-&Transformation team, you are working with colleagues in an agile, cross-functional team and accompanying the communication between our departments, external service providers and IT Last but not least, you are driving the HCM integration and implementation internationally

You have a completed training in the IT field or an IT study with several years of experience in international cloud-based HCM systems You are a professional in terms of interface consolidation, architecture and international integration of HR systems You are happy to work in the team and can successfully use your very good analytical and communicative skills in German and English You have technical and system-oriented analysis and work skills You are self-motivated, proactively introduce new ideas and share them with internal and external stakeholders to drive our digital transformation
