Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in quality control and quality assurance at the Uttenweiler site Ensuring testing and quality processes throughout the operational daily business Planning, coordination and prioritization of daily testing and QS activities in the team Self-employed daily performance of product tests Further development and optimization of testing processes, work instructions and quality standards Cause analysis of quality deviations and introduction and follow-up of appropriate corrective measures Training, guidance and further development of employees in test methods and quality guidelines Communication interface to production, engineering, development, purchasing and external service providers Responsibility for documentation of results within QS systems

Complete vocational training in the field of electronics, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification with further education (e.g. technicians, masters) Multiannual professional experience in quality control or quality assurance First management experience (team management, stellv. Team management or coordinating role) desirable Good knowledge of quality methods Safe handling of measuring devices, testing plans Experience in handling MS Office and ERP systems Embossed organisational skills, enforcement and sovereign occurrence High team capacity, communication strength and structured, independent working Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
