Operator Digital Printing - Prepress / Personalization (m/f/d)

You analyze and provide customer-related address data with tools such as MS Excel and ensure strict compliance with GDPR policies. You are responsible for postage optimization by preparing address data for shipping via various logistics partners and thus directly contributing to cost efficiency. In close coordination with marketing, you will design personalized documents with PrintShop Mail in conjunction with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Acrobat) and accompany the internal release process in coordination with our customers: You control the entire production process from printing preparation to operating and monitoring our modern digital printing systems (cut-sheet & in-line inkjet). As a guarantee for the highest quality, you monitor the machine performance, perform quality controls and independently correct minor disturbances in the printing process.

Ideally, you have completed training in the field of computer science, commercial training or a graphical industry, ideally with IT focus. You bring good knowledge of popular print processes (e.g. sheet/roll offset, digital printing) and have an affinity for marketing and sales promotion. In dealing with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Excel, you are safe and ideally have first basic knowledge in PrintShop Mail. You work conscientiously and accurately, especially in the handling of personal data according to GDPR standards. With very good knowledge of German and good English as well as your team-capable and flexible way, you fit perfectly into our team.
