Own audit, confirmation and booking of current business incidents, including debitors, creditors, travel costs, property accounts and facilities Complete payment transactions, including cash management, receivable management and reminding, as well as compiling statistical reports Compilation of monthly accounts and sales tax pre-registrations Processing of input and output invoices Book daily payments including account voting Implementing the dunnings and voting of the open items Creation of the number profiles Creation of bank deposits and refunds Implementation of the commission accounts of the sales representatives

Complete commercial training combined with a further training in financial accounting Professional experience in financial accounting and accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company Safe handling of MS-Office, especially with Excel Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength and team capacity to work effectively with colleagues, superiors and external partners Proactive and solution-oriented operation with a view to process optimization
