Projektleiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a large customer, a broadcast company, an object management for the Cologne site.

In this position, you are responsible for the organisation and monitoring of building equipment with a focus on technical building equipment (TGA). They lead a team of domestic technicians and subcontractors and ensure that all maintenance, inspection and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations.

As this is a fixed location, no travel activity is incurred.

• Contact person on site for our customer for clarification of concerns and care of the customer relationship
• Guided and controlled all object-related employees, including home technicians and subcontractors
• Participation in internal and external budget planning and customer technical advice
• Maintenance of reporting in cooperation with the object engineer (creation of monthly and quarterly reports)

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete study in the field of facility management, technical building equipment or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a specialist facility management, master or state-tested technician
• Multiannual professional experience in technical building management or in object management, ideally in the industrial sector
• Experience in leadership and management of teams
• Self-responsible and structured working and a high degree of organizational talent
• Communication strength and high service orientation in handling the customer
