Strategic advice of management and management on all issues of occupational and health protection Further development and implementation of the location-wide health and safety strategy in line with corporate objectives Ensuring the legal implementation of all labour protection requirements Control and continuous improvement of the occupational safety management system Implementation of strategic risk analyses and derivation of preventive action programmes Assessment of new technologies, plants and processes from a safety perspective Conduct or moderation of accident studies with root-cause analysis and derivation of sustainable corrective measures Further development of safety culture through targeted communication and training measures Management or active participation in the Safety Committee Professional representation of the company to authorities, professional associations and external audit bodies Support for internal and external audits

Complete technical studies (e.g. engineering, safety technology or comparable) Recognised qualification as a specialist in occupational safety according to ASiG / DGUV Multiannual professional experience in an industrial, ideally regulated environment Very good knowledge of occupational and health law Knowledge of environmental protection, in particular in the protection of emissions (e.g. BImSchG) or in environmental management (e.g. ISO 14001), is desirable Experience in handling authorities and external audit partners Strategic thinking, high consulting skills and safe occurrence at management level Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
