Quality Manager Series 0-km (m/f/d)

You serve the assembly directly in the series process and take responsibility for the processing and sustainable solution of quality problems at the plant. In doing so, analyse fault images, coordinate immediate and corrective measures and ensure production capacity together with the areas involved. You plan, control and monitor quality measures in case of faulty material. These include the definition, organisation and follow-up of reworking, testing and sorting actions as well as the control of external service providers. You make decisions on the usability of components and the release of machines in coordination with the departments. If necessary, initiate and moderate cross-area problem solution rounds directly on the product. You process supplier complaints and cost burdens independently, request 8D reports, evaluate the effectiveness of the measures and coordinate communication with international suppliers. You solve complex quality cases with established quality methods and ensure that sustainable prevention measures are created from quality problems. You create test instructions, define suitable measurement concepts and introduce technical change proposals to continuously improve components.

You have a technical training with training as a master or technician, a technical study or a comparable qualification. You safely apply established automotive QM methods in practice. These include, in particular, structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5-Why as well as production steering plan, PPF, SPC and process capability analyses. Experience in handling SAP is advantageous, ideally in the modules QM & MM. You have a safe occurrence, a high team capability and enforcement capability. You work independently, in a structured and independent manner and are characterized by communication strength, self-discipline and readiness to perform.
