This is what awaits you You are part of the HR Controlling & Analytics team and are responsible for driving a digitalized & data-driven HR strategy You support the team in the planning & controlling of personnel costs, as well as monitoring & reporting of key workforce CPIs such as turnover, workforce structure and applicant numbers. Both take place both within the framework of standarized monthly reporting and on an ad hoc basis Your tasks are, for example, the maintenance and evaluation of data, the creation of standard reporting and the protection of data quality. Your team & you are both in-house in regular exchange and with departments HR Business Partnering, Rewards & HR Governance, HR Admin and HR Payroll Your daily companion will be next to MS Excel, SAP HCM, also Success Factors Employee Central There is, of course, the possibility of doing your tasks partly from the home office.
